irc channel now lists new posts as they occur

the irc channel (see details here: https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?topic=772.0) now lists new posts as they are made.

nice and fun way to get notified when something new is posted.

you can also use an rss feed of course to get the same effect without joining the irc channel.
