To-do list software

Is anyone aware of to-do list software that can be used on a mobile device (palm or blackberry or iphone) that has BOTH of the following capabilities:
1)   can drag and drop tasks,or cut and paste them, to prioritize them
2)   can assign a date to a task and not have the task show up on list until that date

Hi Valpatrick,
I think you'll need to start another thread with that query - this one is about ToDoLists

I did a quick google search here, but no answers unfortunately
