Iobit smart defrag vs o&o defrag pro

Ok, so I havent looked into updating my defragger for a while, when i saw iobit has been updated.
I had used it before, but then switched to o&o, as it seemed to have more features.

If both of these suck in your opinion, what do you suggest? freeware or otherwise?

oh, and if several people say another, i can add it to the poll

If you absolutely feel like you have to get a paid defragger, I would recommend either Perfectdisk or Puran Defrag.

As for the free alternative, there's nothing I'd recommend above JkDefrag. It's very fast, does a great job and offers you various defragmentation strategies depending on your needs. If you want an easier way to configure it, look no further than JkDefrag GUI. Another major advantage of JkDefrag (with or without the GUI) is that it's completely portable :Thmbsup:

The one that's given me the best results has been Raxco PerfectDisc.

I hate the direction the GUI has been taking the last few revisions, it's gotten heavier and sloppier for no good reason. But it still defragments well :)

I second that 100%. I use JKDefrag GUI and I'm very happy with it.
