Automatic Network adapter Dector Failed to find suitable network driver.

Dear Mouser,

I've really enjoyed w/ URL snooper2 around 1 week.
However suddenly Detector Pop-up comes out and said "Automatic Network adapter Dector Failed to find suitable network driver" today.

I have two computer in different places (office and home) and didn't install any program for two computer recently. but two computer have same situation.
Is it because of license key? I got and applied it but still same.
My internet connection has no problem although it's slow.

FYI, I'm using XP for both computers and URL Snooper v2.22.01 by DonationCoder has been installed.

please advice me what i must inform you more for solving this problem.

a firewall could be blocking url snooper from automatic network adapter detection from working.
license key has nothing to do with it (who would be so cruel! not us).

go to advanced mode and choose your adapter manually.

I found it's working but Automatic dector still said "failed".
I do not mind it anymore.

you can disable automatic network adapter detection - its not needed and it's mainly useful just the firs time you run the program.

Mouser, I'm having the same problem as wolfox. The auto detector tests 2 drivers, both fail. How can I set it up manually? I looked around in the advanced section a bit, but couldn't really think of something to do. Thanks!

I have been using url snooper for a couple of months with no problems, and today I fire it up, and the automatic network detector pops up and then fails to detect my wireless card. It is not even listed in the network adapter list in url snooper anymore. Like I said this program has worked flawlessly since the end of July and now all of a sudden does not.

Same  here. Been using this for years. Suddenly no adaptor? Some microshaft update maybe?

I am using a US Robotics Wireless 802.11 g on this notebook and it's a no-show on the list. Same driver as always.

It checks my wired connection but there's no cable. Also added to my firewall exceptions but that was never an issue before.

Same here...haven't been able to use URL Snooper 2 for at least six months. On start up, I receive the message, "failed to find a suitable network driver" after it performs the test.

And you are saying it used to work ok, and then suddenly stopped working -- and you didn't replace your network card -- it was purely just a software change that made it stop working?

I have tried everything and cannot get a network adapter to show up.

If anyone can help, right now I would like the URL for streaming radio at http://www.newstalk1130.com/main.html

Any additional help in detecting the network adapter would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem for me as well. Program has been working flawlessly for years but suddenly stopped few days ago. I seem to have four network adapters and auto detect always results in 'Failed'. Manually setting the drivers one by one doesn't help either. I'm using Win XP.
