I'm pretty sure there is a/some website that detects this information. I don't know the name of any that do only this, but my Xfire profile page did it for me.

Here is my laptop, which is also my main computer:

Forgive me for not doing it myself right away, but I don't have the time at the moment, (and I already have told about my system), and this 'solution' is maybe a little too amateurish and unstandardised..:

You can have 8 lines and a picture telling about your system.

This program just grabs info off oeminfo.ini, as far as I can tell.
