localization language and Chinese font problem
« on: November 09, 2005, 10:28 PM »
I have to say that ScreenShot Captor is a nice ,useful and cool software.
but I have some problem:
1) Can Screenshot Captor provide a language file, let the other one  to make it  as a localization language interface.
2) When I try to insert my text on,I can not correctly show my font (Chinese font) ,because one Chinese word need two bytes.
3) Does Screenshot Captor support Unicode?

1)
We hope to have localizable versions of our software in the near future but we don't currently.

2+3)
Screenshot Captor does not support unicode fonts directly, however we have written a specific tool to allow unicode text in any application that support graphics, Unicode Text-to-Image: https://www.donation...dex.php?topic=1152.0

A new version of that utility with better integration with Screenshot Captor should be out this month to make it easy to add textboxes with unicode text in any language to screenshot captor images.

Unicode Image Maker is now available!
It is both a standalone tool and has seamless integration with Screenshot Captor.
It is my present to China and Japan and all other non-english countries who have supported DonationCoder.com

https://www.donation...mageMaker/index.html

Let me know if it works ok for you - might take a bit of experimentation to learn how to use it :)
