What is your favourite tool to remap mouse buttons?
« on: July 12, 2008, 12:23 PM »
i was not happy with the SetPoint software that came with my Logitech mouse so i installed UberOptions which improved the UI a lot. then i recently came across the X-Mouse Button Control and i downloaded & put it in a KIV folder. so here i am wondering what other tools are available and what is my fellow DC'ers favorite mouse button enhancing tool?

I just use SetPoint with uberOptions, since it lets me program the mouse buttons on a per application basis I haven't seen a need to use anything else.

But I have played with True X-Mouse before, took a bit of getting used to and it is portable.

sometimes i'm hindered by SetPoint's Win3.11-esque GUI for adding custom apps. i've half a mind of closing SetPoint and editing the XML file myself but then i'd have to hunt for an XML editor.
