TicToc title Clock

Finally found the equivalent clock to TBC with TicToc. I really appreciate it with one exception, it blinks in between. I run Vista home premium. I taught first it is blinking in sync with the seconds but this is not the case, blinking is random. Any answer for this problem?
Otherwise it is great.  :up:
