This thread has reminded me that FilesAnywhere is so good, that I decided to subscribe again. It's just much easier than running an equivalent setup on your own.

Am I right with this... FilesAnywhere is only replicating/synchronizing on schedule. It hasn't a built-in "filesystem-watch-mode" which transfers all changes automatically?

Along with a subscription comes some optional client-side software that will provide that functionality.
