You will not want their clock to be placed in Start, and this auto-hide toolbar simply MUST be made smaller - mind you, this is merely a thumb-nail image, but then again it may be just what the visually impaired would need...:

So have you tried it fodder?
I wouldn't say unrelated at all.
It just might be surprising how related it is.

cmpm: nah, haven't tried it, I pretty much have the needs that it could cover already covered. But I do believe that it seems like a pretty disjoint collection - it might all be integrated, but it seems like an odd bunch. CD Ripping, VoIP, lan scanning and IM, some office-like stuff, etc.? Hm.
