A command to do a POST request would be nice. This way web services could be used which don't support the GET (URL query) based method.

that's a good idea.  i can think of a few more internet-based functions that would be useful to implement that plugins and aliases can call.

i use curl while waiting for an internal post command ;)

Implement AutoIt3/FScript instead. Already socket, unicode, Win32 API wrapper support.
