The page is in French -- it looks like a France/European offer, but I didn't see anything officially saying that other countries couldn't benefit from the offer.

Anyone?

Thanks for the tip.  The offer is still valid, but on the check-out page, you can only enter an address in France, Lux., Belgium or Germany.  Too bad...
