Great idea to roundup these programs -- please add any other programs you know about.

I used to use Zeropace's (paid) Training log (http://www.zeropace.com/), but gave it up for Sportstracker (http://www.saring.de/sportstracker/).  Brilliant multi-platform application for keeping track of exercises - it even imports Polar HRM files for keeping track of training data.  Only downside is that it's a Java application and takes a while to start-up...
