Must close to play games

(1/2) > >>

JayCaldwell:
I have to close the program to play games in full screen mode.

Is there a way to make certain programs exempt from the restrictions of desktop coral?

mouser:
there is no way to do that, BUT it could be possible to:
1) make it easy to manually disable/re-enable desktop coral temporarily.
2) make desktop coral detect when a full screen app starts and disable itself automatically when it does.

JayCaldwell:
There's got to be a way!!

I also use MobyDock DX. One of it's features is to stay on top of everything, but it doesn't interfere with full screen games.

I don't know anything about program coding, but I'm assuming it's possible for you to look into their code to see how that works. As long as that's not illegal!

mouser:
Well i can take a look at it and see if there is any clue as to how they decided to handle the problem.

JayCaldwell:
Apparently I was wrong. At first I thought there was a problem because it was glitchy at first, but once the game was fully loaded it worked fine. So it looks like its working fine...good job.
