Kellys Korner's fix for "Tool Tips Hidden Behind the Task Bar":

"Go to Start/All Programs:  Hover over any program listed, right click and select Sort by Name.  Repeat once more.  All done!".

Nothing on dougknox.com.

A small app for nothing but fixing the "tooltips hidden behind the taskbar" problem: http://www.4shared.com/file/15146928/e7e356ca/ToolTipFix.html  No install/standalone.  Run,(auto fix) and manually right-click>exit from tray.  I put it on my 85 yr. old Mother's machine.
No problems.
