Just thinking out loud here about the possibility of DonationCoder.com becoming a non-profit organization..

anyone have any experience with non-profit organizations, setting one up, etc.?

I was reading a little bit about non-profits in the bookstore today, and while it's surely way too premature for us at this point, it's something i'm thinking about and i'd be interested in hearing feedback on the idea if anyone has any strong opinions on it either way..
