I don't really get the part "Apple like easy interface". Can you elaborate? If you're referring to very graphical interfaces, with little interaction for most functions, I guess something like TuneUp Utilities or certain security suites are like that. Perhaps Paint.NET could fit that category as well, despite being an image editor, it's a real joy to use, and it has an easy learning curve. To learn where everything is located and handle the basic functions, that is, artistic abilities are not included :-)

Very good warning. Let's not get into that ;)

Yes, unfortunatelly! I wonder when will they come with one that does include artistic abilities! And open source too, please ;)
Well, there's safari for windows (which is made by apple, so i suppose it fits your requirements).
Wouldn't office 2007 fit the bill too? (i look like i'm thowing stuff at random, right?)
I think windows live messenger would fit this too, i haven't ever seen anyone who can't use it.
How about windows media player 11?

While it is quite complex, feature loaded, and very powerful, Newzie is a great free RSS reader that does have that "iTunes look"
MrCrispy:
A lot of OSX software (most of it NOT by Apple) is really well designed. Easily laid out, usable and functional for 99% of users. Stuff like DeliciousMonster, DevonThink, iGTD, Shoebox just doesn't exist on Windows.
