Very cool.
I like the WYGIWYS concept. (What you get, is what you see)
Templates you can tweak are the key to it all.

Blogs are a good example of that. You start out with a choice of "skins" and tweak it to make it yours if you are allowed to. Xanga.com is a good place for that sort of blog.

Web editors? I've seen a few people use the templates in NVu to get up and running quickly. I have also recently discovered a web based editor called ezHTMLarea which is based on an open source project. They only have about a dozen templates in it, but they can be endlessly tweaked just like any other HTML doc.
