4U: Mousers "step" clip arts

First try of mousers request for clips with "Step 1"...

But 2 requests:

1) Smaller text that doesn't touch the circle border (give some space between text and circle).
2) Maybe circle border could be a tiny bit thinner if it's not too much trouble.
