I got that impression from Jon who told me in the forums that build 2111 is the "release" version of build 2110 as a reply to my question of this is the "final version" now.

allen:
Interesting. The website still lists ST 2 as beta.

Tuxman:
The blog entry might be an indicator.

You didn't ask if it was the "Final" version. You asked if it was the official release.

So Build 2111 is the official ST2 release?-tux

A beta release can still be an official release.

From the Sublime Text 2 download page:

The current build of the Sublime Text 2 Beta is 2111.-http://www.sublimetext.com/2

I am using sublime text 2 and on linux I don't feel like I am missing windows. This editor has lot of features and good for web dev. However It doesn't beat php designer 7(last used version).
