Just remember when you've problem with others and depressed or don't know anything to do,just went your aggression out on video game man... Angry  Play games like serious sam, quake & any other with higher difficlty level on.Just let your negative forces be quite,i know if you can't beat simple AI in game then what's the point beating others in the world. Thmbsup

To add on to that, I would recommend physical exercise. There's nothing like a good cardio workout or sand bag punching to get destressed. Meditation is a good idea too, but it never seemed to work for me. Just can't sit still....

Hi mahesh2k,

Thank you for the encouragement and acceptance.  I hope you will find a gentler experience here.  smiley

I applaud those that refuse to commit "intellectual suicide."

Truth, unlike opinion, tradition, etc. will always be able to stand on its own.  Truth is not a static, but a living entity and will perpetually impart life; therefore, any "truth" that does not or can not impart life can not be Truth.

I am persuaded the only reason bad men have succeeded is not because good men have done nothing, but that good men did not do enough.

An Open Letter to My Friends
