Here's a nice little mini-site which seems to post about a couple of select freeware utilities every day.
Not exactly clear to me how they choose programs, and it would be nice to see some subjective commentary on the programs, but i appreciate the concise descriptions and images.

I like FreeDownloadADay. They have really interesting downloads/websites, and you can subscribe to a weekly newsletter.

FreeDownloadADay has been mentioned many times on the forum (for example https://www.donation...x.php?topic=8091.0); it also has the advantage of having a great banner image
