How to get advanced version of "User accounts" in Windows XP control panel?

How do I get the more hardcore, Windows 2000-like version of the user accounts management in the control panel of Windows XP?  Here is the screenshot of what I want:


The one on my home computer is the bubbly normal Windows XP version.  I don't like it.  Thanks.

Windows -> run -> control userpasswords2 ;)

OK thanks.  but how do I get it to replace the default one in my control panel?

Well... I think i can't help you on that, unfortunatelly :(

That's weird.  The guys at work were able to do it on their computers.  I've googled it and all i came up with is the command you showed in the previous post.
