jhead - Exif Jpeg header and thumbnail manipulator program (freeware).
Came across this little program during my endless morning web-surfing routine... might be useful for some.
PureJPEG is a Win32 Command Line tool that does similar stuff.

not updated since 2002 but I still hear it being mentioned (as being good)
nice icon too - but I dont have it installed at the mo
in fact I hardly used it cause I dont tend to bother with exif info
