is this site related to paypal?
i don't see any mention of it on the paypal.com site and the domain name is different.

really confusing..
the site https://www.paypal.com/holiday seems to redirect to https://www.paypal-p...ay/slider/index.html
so it must be legit, but damn that's confusing.

This was so obviously a scam that I moved it to my spam folder.  They even misspelled my name.  Really now!!

If I'm wrong, let me know.  But for now, I'm staying way away from that offer.

Okay, I can admit when I'm wrong.  :-[  Just found this on the paypal site:  https://www.paypal-p...ay/slider/index.html.

It still doesn't account for my misspelled name, though, since it's correct at paypal.  Looks like they farmed out the enticements to some marketing firm.  Still... if you want to take advantage of this offer (only good at selected merchants), it's probably better to enter directly from the paypal.com, and not through the enticement message.

Hmm, thought maybe I should have just given credit to where I first saw this. My apologies.

Looks legitimate enough to me. But I guess it is always best to type in the actual site address instead of clicking a link when it comes to making payments etc.
