I wanted to introduce myself to this community and look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members.

Anything that can help me communicate better with my IT department.

Welcome to DonationCoder, Richard.

I don't have much to say, except that we've got a thread for longer introductions here. Feel free to read more about fellow forum members there and maybe tell about yourself a bit more there as well.

Enjoy your stay! I have been enjoying mine for the nearly two years since I signed up.

Where are you in Costa Rica? My wife and I spent a week there back in '04, so you might remember us

We spent 3 days at the base of the Arenal volcano. But it rained the whole time, and we never got to even see the peak through the clouds. Adding insult, our plane had arrived late; if we'd been in time, we would have seen the nice eruption that afternoon (before the clouds came in).

The rest of the time we spent on a beach on the Pacific Coast (I forget the name of the town).
