winrar is seriously dysfunctional - their sales person never responds to emails.. i have several pending.  ill try again today.  crazy (and very irresponsible).

You know things are REALLY SERIOUSLY BAD when sales don't respond ... sheesh

Maybe the review needs to be updated with a new recommendation.
