what is SALRTL.DLL?

i think you are associating farr with some files it has nothing to do with.

It's a DLL that comes with and is used by the Altap Salamander file manager.

Ah you know what.. if you have the salamander dll in the farr plugins folder for some reason, FARR is going to try to load it as if it was a farr plugin, which could cause an error if one salamander dll is trying to load another, etc..
