If that's not an option, what kind of games to you like to play? What kind of web stuff do you find interesting? When you do a google search, what to you most often search for? Is there anything you'd like to learn about that you 'never got around to'?

I seriously called all my friends I thought I'd enjoy to hang out with. I didn't know that I had that many (jk). I like games like PES (soccer game), i really liked portal, I like trackmania (for 30 minutes or something). I find handy stuff on the web and software interesting. I always google stuff impulsive, like I want to know something and then I google it.
I never got around to code stuff (ahk or php), there is a project in my head that I want to do, but then I always see it like: omg that is way too much work for me.

Maybe it's that I have a 2 monitor setup, but when the thing is supposed to disappear, the thing just jumps to my top left corner of the primary monitor.

This is not about handling mailto: links but about opening gmail in firefox when a default command is given to open the mailclient (currently outlook)

I really think this thing can turn out to be a killer app.

I've been using 3rvx for some time now, and it's awesome. The layout of 3rvx (the simple mac-like one) is very, very nice. I would like to know what keys are pressed. I've created pictures of which need to be displayed after a keypress. This could be runned next to 3rvx. But maybe we can start from scratch?

I've created the Play and Pause thing that bumps up already:

Also custom hotkeys should be aply-able for different volume commands, like control - volume down for wave volume.

Anybody with me?

Edit: I mean keys like:
Play/Pause (did not realize those are 1 key), Next, Previous, Stop, Volume Up, Volume Mute, Volume down.

The fancy UI is needed, I'm keen on eyecandy :)

:) I think this could be done using VLC (www.videolan.org) and WMP (Windows Media Player).

Have VLC stream the microphone input, and connect WMP to the stream!

futsal *is* indoor football, it is just a name variant that was officially recognized by FIFA. the origins may be Portuguese - a testament to the Brazilians' prowess. :)

Yeah indoor soccer is futsal, I thought I would use a more widely known translation of 'zaalvoetbal'. Well I prefer to watch common soccer, on the grass and stuff. Way more attractive to watch.

What nitrix says is right, though his instructions may be too brief to be enough for you to figure it out.

I've been meaning to put up some video demos and tutorials but i've been really sick for the last couple of days and so i haven't been so productive lately.

To do what you want there is 1 mandatory step, and one optional step.

The mandatory step is to go create an entry in the Search Folders tab with the directory you want to sometimes search.  For that directory, specify an Optional Modifier keyword, like: tv

Once you do that, the tv directory will be searched (and only be searched) when you add +tv to your search, for example: "family guy +tv"

Now the second step comes in if you dont want to have to type +tv, you can do what nitrix says and create an alias to simulate this, by making an alias with a regular expression like ^tvshow (.*) and for the result of that specify dosearch +tv $$1

The creation of the alias is a bit contrived in this case since it doesnt save you much typing, but there are cases where it might be useful.

aliases works great here with utorrent now.

Can I create some alias to search in a particular folder. I've these tv shows and sometimes i want an episode. so when i would type "family guy blue harvest" it would start searching in a specified folder. Is that possible?
