It's not just three clicks , but the price is right :

Audacity can import all kinds of sound files (like the demo mp3s from http://www.desktopmetrono.../groovebox/groove_box.htm). If you mark up a measure or several and hold SHIFT when you click Play it will loop the selection. It also has Effects for changing speed, pitch and so on.

I use:
Google for mail, RSS and use their Documents more and more. If I had any big secrets I probably wouldn't use them in those cases. But its important to make local copies even though I almost always had been able to get to them.

I've used ReplaceEm a number of times and found it fast and reliable (backup is good default considering the mess a "misreplacement" can do.) 
But I think I'll download TextCrawler and give it a spin next time i need that.

Does this mean that I must have +7G free in C: ?
Is it possible to choose that to be placed in one of my other partitions?  I try to have a relatively small C: with only Windows and my MOST common programs, that can be quickly backuped and replaced.
