You should have it. That's where the settings are stored. On win7-64 it is at user\current\AppData\Local\RegaLink\RegaLink.exe_Url_wtefddecuu3bvefai21jfppcics1clnb\1.0.0.0\user.config
Problem solved. It only crashes when using a converted images to ICO as the replacement icon. Otherwise, it seems to work just fine. I used QIcon Changer before to do this.
