+1 for a clean install. Back it up later using a drive imaging program. Try whatever programs you want to and when you find the system slowing down just restore the 'clean' image and install only those new programs that you found genuinely useful since you saved the system state. I've been running the same XP install since 2005 using this method and even after several hardware changes (including a couple of full system upgrades - guess I got lucky :'( ) the PC is blazing fast.
Love it! Sounds like the perfect compromise between a regular toaster (toasts going cold while you make the sw) and these babies -> PITA to clean up, as Tom mentioned. I find the taste a bit different too with these enclosed toasters... not exactly to my liking.
Now do this: say 'toast' 25 times, as fast as you can, click the spoiler immediately after and answer the question without hesitating. :)
+1 for the DC forum (generic SMF access) app, though I'm not sure if it was suggested in jest.
Safari won't let you upload images or any other files to the forum, so anyone using an iPad can't fully participate unless he's using a jailbroken device with a 3rd party plugin or one of those full-fledged forum apps that have a list of forums they support and need each forum admin to do some tweaking/installing before the app works there. They also have a very different forum interface than the one we're used to. So basically, a regular browser framework with the added ability to upload files.
