1. Could you add in an option, that when a program is at 100% cpu utilization, it activates another program?

The reason why is that when it hits 100% and lowers the thread priority, I would like it to run a shortcut that overclocks my computers, and when the cpu drops to a lower value and the thread returns to its normal level of priority, to run another script to downclock again.  Is this possible.  By the way, thanks so much Mouser for all you have done.

I should show what my folder structure is like first

Top
     Portable Apps
           ThunderbirdPortable
                   ThunderbirdPortable.exe
           OpenOfficePortable
                   OpenOfficePortable.exe
     FARR

So I was trying to access the portable folder then search the subfolders for the programs.  The reason I didn't want to add each folder manually was that I may add and remove a program at random and it would be nice not to have to do that everytime I change it.  I hope this helps explain what I am doing.

Thanks for the help I appreciate it.  I now am user FARR Dir as my alias.

I tried searching the forums but to no avail I could not solve my question.  Using the folllowing alias path I want FARR to search the sub directories.  I tried changing the Subdirectory Search Depth to 0, 1, and tried 15 too. I don't believe I am understanding how to use it.  I have portable applications in the subdirectories that I want to run using FARR on my USB drive.

/%FARRDIR%\PortableApps\

Also What does the score do beside the Subdirectory Search Depth Field. Thanks

I tried running it from a USB drive but I am having difficulty referencing the usb drive without using drive letters.  Would you know how I do that?

But then the text "myapps" appears in the search box and i need to delete it to start searching for something other then my favourites.

BTW Mouser. I love this program.  I was wondering if it would be possible when the hotkey is hit that we can customize the default icons.  Where we can choose which ones and however many we want showing.  Just saves me from using the keyboard at all for the programs I use the most frequently.

I just tested out BIMP it works!  I don't know what I did wrong earlier but it worked exactly as I needed.  For future reference, the key was on the input folder area, you have to right click and select Recurse Subdirectories.  I hope this helps others out.  Thanks so much for the suggestions ppl.

I did and it will not process the subdirectories and put back in the same folder.  All the photo's ended up in the single directory and not in the subdirectory.

I tried Inranview but couldn't get it to output in the same folders as input.  I then tried BIMP Lite and it wont let me selected which formats for input.  Ill try the other later.  Got a final to go write.  Ill post a follow up to the rest.  Thanks to everyone for posting though.

I have looked for quite a while.  I have found a few but none that does everything I want. I want to convert all my .tiff and .bmp files into .png files.

1.  Will accept an entire Drive letter as well as subfolders.
2.  Option of selected which file types are to be convertered.
3.  Option of deleting original file after completing batch conversion.
4.  Files converted stay in original folder that they were converted from.
5.  Free

I look forward to your suggestions.  :)
