Try http://astalavista.box.sk/ and search for exploits, virii and RATS.
A few years back i went through a ,i wanna be a hacker phase, and would
fiddle around with Back Oriface and Subseven, subseven was my favorite
and actually managed to break into about two people's machines,a little off
topic, but anyway this place usually can give you access to the latest exploits
and disturbances that are catching the eye of anti-virus companies.

BTW,for the record,i do not mess with people's computers,i'm a law abiding,
gentle human being,an angel if you will. But i do recommend visiting these
types of site to find out how smart your enemy is.They are very smart and
you'd be wise to be paranoid.

P.S. If your Anti-virus or anti-trojan doesn't pick up on Back Oriface or subseven, ditch it!

When ripping windows media streams you'll usually find once you start playing them you can't fast forward them
or move within the file this application solves this,it's not freeware, but it's cheap, like 8 bucks and it works like a
charm for me and it's a good tool for all you stream rippers out there. ;)

Way to go man, very cool. It's already pretty cheap as it is so i can understand them not going for the 50% off.
If i didn't already have it i'd be all over this.

Keep up the good work.

Awsome show,i loved seeing those whammies dance across the bottom of the screen. It's a sad ending but while he did corrupt things with his life ,i don't see him as a cheater on the show.He simply figured the pattern out, should of went to Vegas with his genius mind.

Thanks for responses.I think i'm gonna keep it.After reading some warnings here and there it's just not worth the risk.I long for the day when an operating system is fully customizable on a cosmetic level.

Just wanted to say excellent review gentlemen.I liked the charting of features, very nice, and i bet a huge pain
in the butt.I'm glad i already have Winrar on my machine and even if a discount is not managed through donationcoder,i still highly recommend getting it to anyone. It's like 29 bucks and lifetime upgrades.Even from time to
time when Winrar goes into beta stages for improvements you hardly ever run into any problems,i know i
haven't.

Good job.

Yeah,i just clicked on some .bmp,jpg,.png,etc.(graphic files)And nothing has changed on
my machine.Judging by your screenshots,i have alot of the same programs,Adobe Photoshop, etc.
I believe that's XnView your using as shell extension to show images on your menu? But yeah,
still have print on menu and everything, nothing has changed. That stinks,i'd hate for you to have
to reformat.Keep hacking away.

« on: September 05, 2005, 01:16 PM »
Oh don't get me wrong i was terrified. And yeah the laser still kicks up an oder, scary.
There is actually a point where you go blind, but like the docter tells you as soon
as you can say i can't see ,you can see again that and they're continously drowning
your eye in liquids. You get results the next day,but it took me a good month to be
well, tolerable to be around >:(When something goes wrong with a body part,
especially one you depend so much on you can be a very evil person. But all is well,no regrets.

Just installed CryptoSuite(good app and cheap ;))and haven't had this problem.I even rebooted and still haven't
experienced this.I'm using XP Pro Sp2,patches,etc.I still have all my original context options. And same goes with
the open with menu, still have all my options.I've had context problems in the past but not this.Best of luck.

Sidenote(off topic)
My problems was more along the lines of removing the WMP entries in the context menus,
hit run and type regsvr32 /u wmpshell.dll if that's ever the case.

I got that laser eye surgery over a month ago and have to say it's very freakin cool.
Speaking from a perspective of someone who was totally dependant on glassess
I highly recommend it.It cost about a grand, put it on the card.I still find myself going
to push up glassess that aren't there :)The first thing before bed, take glassess
off,the first thing when i woke up,put glassess on,for a good 15 years or so.
Just thought i'd share for anyone thinking of having it done.

Strange tidbit,in the waiting room they were showing a bootleg of Batman Begins(on DVD!)

Real Player or Real one or whatever they call it now, gets my vote for worst interface.
And it's a real shame(pardon the pun)cause the format,real media,isn't all that bad.
They've tone down their spyware practices a little which is a plus.My first experience
with streaming media was with Real Player back in the mid 90's and it was pretty
cool back then.Maybe google should buy them ;)Actually google's video service
is a horrible let down and could actually benefit from them.

Freeware-
http://www.price-med...n.co.uk/rostrum.html

If you ever caught a documentary(usually where it's used)and seen them pan
accross a still image, well this software does that and allows you to save it
to an avi,a bit tricky at first but a pretty cool little app.Poke around the whole
webpage, the creator has couple of other nice applications pertaining to
webpage development,etc.

« on: August 30, 2005, 06:48 PM »

Very true,i use firefox, and use Opera from time to time and always thought it would catch fire
if the price (if not free)should at least be in the range of 20 bucks or less.Charging 39 dollars
to browse the web when you've already invested your monthly ISP charge, etc.,well like you
said it's a loosing battle.

I never did recieve an email reply either, but the above link does work.Pretty cool none the less.I wonder if Opera
will put a real quick expiration date on these SN.?

assniffer -(sorry that's what it's called) an auto saving sniffer for windows and linux

http://www.cockos.com/assniffer/
From the guy who apparently started Winamp and nullsoft,i don't know the whole story,anyway...
It requires WinPCap.I dig it,leave it running and it will cache everthing transfered through your computer,
very useful for using Firefox since the cache is all (encrypted?)or something, anyone know how to
read Firefox's cache let me know, any how...
Quote for website...

assniffer can monitor (using winpcap or pcap) a network, and for every HTTP
transfer it sees, save a copy of the transferred data.
This is less for sinister uses, and more for taking advantage of the
already-transferred data that your computer may be exposed to.
Windows users should first download and install winpcap.
Linux users should install libpcap, and tools to enable compiling.

Yeah the link to the page is

 http://www.xdrive.com/downloads/

and it's actually called Skip the Download® Plugin,an active x plugin i believe(only IExplorer)
would be sweet, well if first invented, second if it were a firefox plugin.I've googled the heck
out of copy cat implematations and came up with nothing.

Living Room / emulating xdrives skip download plugin
« on: August 15, 2005, 01:12 AM »
I'm trying out xdrives 15 day offer, and only reason being is the skip download plugin. The plugin, which is only availible for internet explorer allows you to right click on a link(mp3.,rar.,zip,etc.)and upload it to your online
storage drive. This probably doesn't make sense to those with high speed internet, but with 56k,that averages
about 44k it's kind of neat, espesially with rapide share, large files, and what not.Anyway i have my own site,
and was wondering if there is anyway to emulate this.Say have an open ( open anonymous ftp type setup)
with an app or plugin that would "swoop" the file off the web and onto my webserver.

Just an idea,i don't see myself sticking with xdrive,10 bucks a month for 5 gig of storage and transfer when you
already have web space seems a waste. :(

I was just about to purchase the new Divx upgrade, check out their forums,i've never seen such a unanimous dislike
of an upgrade.

A forum is everything,i'm an  Agnitum Outpost firewall user, and if their "userbased" forum didn't exist Outpost would
lose alot of business.
