This appears to be fixed if I add a new entry but not if I edit an existing one.
Same here.

Be nice if
  • there were a drop target
  • it were possible to drag-drop shortcuts

Have you considered my tool WinButtons? (and probably ask for some specific enhancements?)
It's excellent. I was able to put application-aware custom panels for Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere onto a 10" MIMO touch screen for a friend who has bad arthritis and finds constant fiddling with mouse/menu/hotkey stuff increasingly difficult. The panel improved his life more than a little. Since the usual gear engaged in my brain is reverse, it's remarkable that this was possible, and a testament to Ath's skill.

Ath's willingness to help is impressive!

Thanks, Ath!  Thmbsup  Thmbsup  Thmbsup

Toggle of the display of the add dialog for the new text drag and drop operations implemented and it uses/defaults to whichever group of the entry you are hovering over.

Spare parts are readily available.  Just consult the cat-a-log.
So, to get things going, just give your cat a list.

Apparently, new (and secret) work is being done on this in Somalia. Capital is available there for what is considered a moggied issue.

I probably should add an embarrassed smiley there too :-)
I knew that, sooner or later, I'd come unstuck.

Works for me, though I've not tried every setting.
Moved object presets to the main menu etc.

Possibly some kind of ruler or measurement thing
I'm giving that two thumbs up (but now I can't hold my mouse properly).
38  DonationCoder.com Software / Screenshot Captor / Re: 4.9.0 - Cannot "Grab Selected Region" on: October 08, 2014, 07:18:21 PM
FWIW, on my system, 4.9.0 does not exhibit that problem — W8.1-64.

The new beta ( v4.8.8 ) of Screenshot Captor includes additional ways to select a region for capture using keyboard:

And very nice too!
Any chance of having an option to change the base values in the sizing tooltip (pixels/inches/cm, possibly)?

Similarly (?) like his apparent lack of interest in providing a ruler in SC - 'cause it would seem to be redundant.
I know, that just doesn't measure up to expectations.
Rightly or wrongly, a ruler is the first thing for which I look when manipulating sizes on screen. It's a work habit imported from other software.
(I just asked, in another thread, for this request to be considered.)

how could I possibly know the future?
I'm disappointed to infer that you can't, as I was hoping for the winner of the next race at Cheltenham.
I was considering the effort:potential ratio to which the great man referred  Wink

Over the years I've come to use CH+S as my only clipboard manager. That said, I don't think that what you describe would be of significant benefit to me.

big old Mercedes used be popular with the farmers in Ireland, I guess because of their sturdiness.
You'd need to be a sturdy farmer to push a big old Merc. through the fields  Wink

Good one!

I just had to let go of a 23-year-old Oldsmobile wagon, which I regret. Now the local farmer has it and will use it to haul produce out of the fields.

This time he came over to me with a beak full of worms and tried a different approach -- i think he was trying to teach me how to get my own worms.  He would drop a worm near me and then pick it right back up.
I think we was saying: hey big dumb creature, you are doing a great job of digging up worms but you don't seem to know what to do next.
And where is Cody while this dialogue proceeds? Sulking?
