Did that. the results are for a plugin created with Windows NT, 2000, and XP in mind, and older versions of Winamp (2.x?). The last update was in 2005, most results from Google search are for the 2001 version of the plugin. I am looking for something modern, compatible and stable uder the latest Winamp version(5.56 July 1, 2009), and Vista/Win7.

New family member, another rescue. Chihuahua- Cairn Terrier mix. VERY intelligent, well mannered(Except he keeps trying to breed my poor Sheena), house trained, and doesn't run away. About 8 months old. The kids who owned this little guy decided it would be okay just to leave him behind when they moved. My neighbor owns rental properties around town and found him. The previous tenants had been gone a week. Meet "Salvador".

Other Software / Found Deals and Discounts / Re: Corel PaintShop Pro X - 4 Free

If you disable both of the Protexis Services PaintShop Pro X won't run (it just reports it is damaged and needs to be reinstalled).
I posted the instructions here on the forums a while back. http://www.donationcoder....m/index.php?topic=14838.0If anyone is interested, you CAN disable and remove the unannounced Protexis licensing spyware. THIS IS NOT A HACK AND YOU STILL NEED TO PURCHASE THE PROGRAM AND USE A VALID KEY. It just removes the unnecessary background service that was shoved into your system without your permission.
* Close Paint Shop Pro * Go into control panel, administrative tools, services sort the services by name, then stop the Protexis V2 service * Browse to your Corel directory, then into Paint Shop Pro's root folder ("\Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2" where "Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo.exe" resides)and MOVE "PSClient.dll" to another folder, then rename it "PSClient.dll.bak" * Browse to your Windows/system32 folder and find "PSIKey.dll" MOVE it to another directory, rename it to "PSIKey.dll.bak" * Browse to "\%Program Files%\Common Files\Protexis\License Service" and rename the DLL in that directory to "PSClient.dll" * MOVE the newly renamed "PSClient.dll" to your Corel PSP root directory (same place that the PSP executable resides)
Start Paint Shop Pro and be sure it works. If it does, you can remove the backup files, open a command prompt, use "sc delete PSI_SVC_2" to remove the protexis service, then delete the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Protexis\License Service\" directory. You can also search Google for "Remove Protexis Licensing". I believe they have started using a new version of the Protexis garbage, the files may be in different locations (C:\Program Files\Common Files) but the instructions are basically the same. (P.S. This is my 150th post. Woot!?)

I sincerely believe that there are too many free solutions to require paying for a remote control software. UltraVNC alone is incredible, fast, and efficient, with a lot of options, an easily configured standalone for clients, browser access and more. Can we add "Teamviewer" to the list? http://www.teamviewer.comTeamviewer is also free, fast, and has incredibly efficient scaling of the remote display, and a down-loadable, configurable single executable server. Free for non-commercial use.

This Sheena, our other kid. Spoiled rotten. We were out driving by the lake one day about 5 years back, and I saw a guy kick her. Not kick at her, but kick her. I put the minivan in reverse, got out the crowbar, and offered the guy $25 (all I had in my wallet) or the crowbar. He took the $25. She had been never in a house, always chained to a doghouse, open sores on her, fleas, thin and beaten. Took us over an hour to get her in the van, then 2 days and a lot of cheese to get her to leave the kitchen. Most intelligent canine I have ever met. We love her, plain and simple. Black and white kitty is David Hasselhoff, next is the mischievous Mr. Sebastien Ferret, Frik and Frak, our Cockatiels, and last but not least is Chuck Norris (A.K.A Ghost) Can you tell my 15 year old daughter named the cats?
