I understand that you are trying to focus on hosting first but people looking for hosting have different criteria to judge is it reliable for them.
As for me: I always take a look on source code. If it's messy: I don't believe that I can trust the company. Like with people: even if someone is good coder you will feel uneasy observing that he is always picking his nose. No matter is he wears the suit or not
BTW What do multiple HEAD tags (and html cosing) do on your page (line #3 and #66)? Or what is the purpose of strange hrefs for links (fsdf, /)?

We have purposely made the code messy in some areas to make it more difficult for people who want to rip our website, as we grow our website will further be the way that our clients and potential clients identify with us, and is a key component in our branding strategy. The last thing we want is people ripping it, and while they can still rip the website as is, it is more difficult to rip now than if the code was super clean.
