hello. I've been spending hours of time searching for this kind of program today but found nothing about it. I need a program that can generate simple list of all files on my ftp server. Any idea is appreciated.  :)

I once found a program which will help you calculate how many cd/dvds you will need to burn a given numbers/size of files but i forgot the program name. Does anyone here know what's the program name because now i am in need of it   :)

thanks so much!  works like charm :up:

now comes the funny part. im suspecting that the plugin dll that i downloaded on sourceforge actually contains v1.3 although its filename say its 1.4 beta

http://sourceforge.n...mp;release_id=571684

when i use your dll, i see there's one new option - 'show paste list' while mine doesnt have that option despite 'v1.4'  :o

thanks anyway.  :)

sorry doesnt work either even after putting the ini in plugin config folder. :o when i open notepad++, i see all the 3 options in multiclipboard are still checked..i couldn't figure out what could posibly be the culprit..it seems the plugin ignore the config file.

im using notepad++ 4.7.5 btw. that plugin is really useful but having option 'autocopy selected text' left enabled is annoying because when you do text searches, it will copy found texts that the program highlight

it suppose to save the plugin settings to ini file when you quit notepad++ but it doesnt, at least for me. So everytime i run notepad++ it will load default option for that plugin..  :down:

p.s: hope i'll get a recompiled dll in post #6  :-[

hi. i didint know there were newer version as on the author site, it says 1.3.1 is the latest. i just tried 1.4.0 but 'auto-copy select text' is still enabled by default though..

MultiClipboard.cpp
#247
Code: C++ [Select]
  1. if (bEnableAutoCopySelection)
  2. CheckMenuItem( hMenu, funcItem[MCP_AUTO_COPY_TEXT]._cmdID, MF_CHECKED );

hi sorry if this isnt posted in appropriate section. i have a small favour to ask. can anyone recompile MultiClipboard (notepad++ plugin) for me as i dont have any compiler installed at this computer.

i want to disable option 'auto-copy selected text' by default. just change MF_CHECKED to MF_UNCHECKED in line #207 in MultiClipboard.cpp

http://www.peepor.ne...=multiclipboard1.3.1

thanks in advanced.  :D

if you dont want to clear firefox cache, you can rename your cache folder temporarily so firefox will think the cache folder doesnt exitst and it will create a new one. whenever you want to get your original cache folder back, just delete the new cache folder that firefox created and rename your original cache folder.

firefox stores cache here
c:\Documents and Settings\$username\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

 :)

sorry. i cant reproduce this problem. the site works fine in my firefox. Maybe there's extension or greasemonkey scripts that you install cause the problem. try clean your cache then run firefox w/o any extensions loaded. then surf the site again to see if it still happens

General Software Discussion / Re: Print Calender on Desktop Wallpaper?
« on: December 31, 2007, 01:19 PM »
I don't quite understand how you can expect the screen to keep displaying a calendar when the calendar program has closed. I cannot think that is posible, unless it is saved to the wallpaper's picture file itself.

yes it is possible..that's also what i meant by 'print'.  :)

check BGInfo by sysinternals. It let you display your system info on desktop wallpaper. first it grabs your current wallpaper picture and print/paints important info about your system on the pic then re apply it as your desktop wallpaper.

http://img.microsoft...reenshots/BgInfo.jpg

by the way, i found an online tool here that can paint calender on images you upload. it can also accept image on flickr, photobucket or other online sources.  :)

not so bad i guess..but if there's offline tool to do exactly like this, that would be much better  :Thmbsup:

@tomas

rainlender indeed looks cool but it has to be always running to display calender, so this isn't what im looking..i need one that just print a small calender on the top right area of wallpaper, then quit..  :)

hrmm what about replacing windows's shell (explorer.exe) with total commander or any of your fav file manager programs? that way you could free up almost 20mb of ram in your windows..downside is you wouldn't see taskbar and start menu anymore..

I know it's possible to print calender on desktop wallpaper :D but what program can do it? Is there any program specifically made for this purpose, rather than just a small feature in a program.   :)

General Software Discussion / MD5Summer Program that work with dir
« on: December 22, 2007, 01:46 AM »
Is there md5summer program that can generate and verify md5sum of all files in dir and subdir? Most md5summer that i've used doesnt support this function except hksfv but it tends to not work very well with dirs that have too many files so i often end up with getting ???????????????? for those files md5sum  :down:
