looking for a program to close other program in a batch

e.g. I want to close all unnecessary programs if I want to start playing a game.
Therefore this program should auto. close all programs which I have defined before.
Do you know which program can do this?

I am looking for a tool which add an extra command to the windows explorer contextmenu, which copy the current path of the directory or file to the clipboard.
The tool should also be able to cop the path as MS Dos format (8.3). the program should work under Windows 7.

Request: FARR should support silent updates like Google Chrome.
THis would make it easier for user to keep FARR up to date

FARR should also support alpha fade out on program exit
currently it seems only support fade in on program start

for me it lookss like that FARR response a little bit more faster on WinXP than on Win7.
Can anyone confirm this behaviour?
On Windows 7 it always takes some seconds until FARR display the results.

Imagemick looks a little bit complicated to me. seems to be a commandline only utility?

Bytescout Watermarking PRO and Fineprint are unfortunatly not free 

It doesn't have to be a really powerful program, just a program where I could add a watermark to a group of images with a batch command.
