Hey, personally i use two apps (one more than the other), these two apps are SizeMe http://lars.werner.no/?page_id=2 and Ignition http://www.kcsoftwares.com/index.php?ignition

I use Ignition the most, but that's only because i haven't fully checked SizeMe out yet.
