Oh what a wonderful find.   I have to admit I am an icon junkie.  These are top notch.

Thank You Mouser, I always look forward to the newsletter.  I would have missed Skrommel's interview as well if it wasn't for you. :-*

I agree -- it's good to hear from/about Skrommel.  :)

Great interview!!! It was really nice to hear about his programing backround; but I loved the personal touch. It gave the interview a more rounded view of Skrommel...he has a personal life :o.  That is usually what is missing from other interviews I have read on other sights.

Am I the only one who would like to see some pictures of skrommel and his family?

Oh yeah pictures would be great!!! ;)

I certaintly agree with #1.
Windows update I have automatic update turned off. I prefer to do manual updates once a week.

Beatle... the name alone makes it worth a look-see in my opinion

I have a strong desire to become active in the forums here. I have decided to share a little about myself. I am a very private person but, will share as much as possible.

I worked various jobs, nothing very exciting to talk about. I started writing poetry as a teenager and is my passion. I hope someday to publish them. Maybe a book as well some day as I love to write.

I came from the midwest but, spent most of my life living between New York City and Orange County, California.  I finally came to reside back in the midwest.

I have two beautiful daughters. My oldest has given me four wonderful grandchildren whom I adore. Next week I leave to take over for her as she gives birth to Stormy Sky; whom I already love and can't wait to hold.

I have gone to college off and on in my adult years but, alas life always got in the way so I never got my degree.  But I was able to realize my dream of becoming a liscensed minister. Not to have a church but, to help people that God sends my way. My faith is the biggest part of my life.

Four years ago I became disabled. I don't go out much. So my computer is my way of getting out of the house.  I am an avid news reader as well as doing research. Curious Minds Want To Know...

I spend most of the day on my computer and love pimping out my gui so it looks good.  I know enough about computers to be dangerous. I like trying out new software of the free variety. It's like a hobby so to speak. Once in awhile I find something I can use.

I found my way here thru Gizmo's Tech Alert Newsletter which I subscribe to and he mentioned your sight.  I liked what I saw and decided to become a member. But I really have to admit that I have felt like a duck out of water so to speak. I really don't know how to fit in here as I am not a coder or a geek nor computer savvy. I learn alot here as I do enjoy learning new things.  I find myself coming here more often and, I believe I will find my place here.

My happiness level is at 100%.  I was shocked and surprised to discover I had won. I thank everyone at DC involved in the process who made me a winner. :) :D  :-*

On a side note I will be gone for three weeks to help my daughter who is pregnant with her fifth child. So I will be a busy Nana taking care of the other four.

Upon my return I will join you on IRC.
