Please acknowledge the following sentences though it is not thought that the meaning is understood easily because it converted it with the translation software.
Two or more errors occur in my PC when starting now.
The result error variously tested as the state of PC was made beautiful was able to be evaded.
It succeeded in the start by deleting the following registries.
(It is necessary to delete it before it starts every time.)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\Locales
It would be greatly appreciated if it serves as a reference.
OS: Windows98SE
