I noticed people having trouble with your url snooper. I'm running win98 but also some people with me having problems. Is it fixed yet? If not pls could you provide a link to a working previous version or a similiar program. I really want to make a donation when i get a version that works

Just downloaded url snooper. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening. I can't open the program but I haven't given up on it yet. I'm running win 98se and I don't have much ram.
