Screenshot Captor / Pdf files from scans

It is quite a while since I upgraded, and the scan import is just the best new feature I could possibly have wanted, so thank you 
One small point though, I like to save my scans as pdf rather than png, but find the pdf file sizes quite large eg a B&W png of 279kb created a pdf of 1907kb, whereas if I printed the png to PDF reDirect Pro the file size was only 343kb.
