but I can't really imagine how that must be in China...

I have no idea about how to make it (censorship) clear.
Try to imagine if you were a sheepherder. Your sheep can walk around everywhere (but) within your hedges. They can eat, drink, leap, whisper, play together.... everything is fine, normal, OK, right? And even your neighbor thought your are a nice guy. But...
You can shear your sheep anytime you want/needed. You can kill your sheep when they tried to bite you. Or maybe there is a lucky sheep, all in all she will be another meat on the store.

I guess this thread will be deleted eventually. Because this is a forum talking about software, but not a politics forum. Right? People always saying like this.

I would like to help you, but I don't know about medical science and its terminologies. And my English is not good. Sorry.

This is Baidu Browser Global version, it is not maintained anymore.
BTW, the point is not which browser you should choose, but your network. As far as I know, you need a China VPN only if you want to access to stream movies/music (copyright/legal protection) in China. Well, the network speed maybe slow.
I don't recommend you to use some unknow software download on Chinese website (even if official website), they are usually bundled with ads, spyware, etc). And don't forget the gov's spy eyes.
http://www.baidu.com/    don't use this! its search result full with ads and useless infos (you will waste a lot of time or even be misled). You can use google directly or bings.
Actually I'm using Chrome and Firefox to browser both Chinese and foreign websites, without any problems.

Watch behind my Name in that sequence, after you clicked there is a minimal black spot visible. (thanks to on top window ^_^)
Pressing Escape will close that spot (also taskbar entry) aslong you did not click elsewhere, I just tried here.

No, actually I didn't grab any regions. I just right/left click on the screen(no drag).

Maybe not.

My suggestion is:
You can quit the app by press ESC or right/left click. It takes effect only if you drag to select a region.

Actually grab selected region on ScreenShot Captor has the same issue.
So maybe you should do like what mouser does. Cancel on pressing ESC, leave the error as it when right/left click (no drag) on the screen after start the app. Because this is not your fault but the user's.

Pressing Space to control the opacity is pretty cool.

A small request:
Add ESC to quit after you start to grad the selected region. Because sometimes you may found you are not stayed in the target window. Even thought I can cancel it by simply right/left click on the screen, but there will be a blank item on your clipboard and taskbar.
And don't forget to add the tutorial video on Youtube to your post.

Customize your Windows 10

Change font style.
cranioscopical has mentioned Advanced System Font Changer which can change Windows font style. While I was using another tool from Japan called noMeiryoUI    172K  USB  Windows 10
Pros: Advanced System Font Changer needs to log off for changes while noMeiryoUI don't. Thus it can save you a lot of time when you are testing which font looks much better on your system.


Change cursor.
Change Cursor 2.0 is great utility to apply a cursor pack(just right click on the crs format file then select apply).    290K  USB-  Windows 10
You can also use it to apply a single cursor (so you can cursor you like in different pack.) Don't forget to download cool cursor pack on their website (totally free!).

Here are some of my favorite packs (you can use Picviewer CE+ (a great script for Tampermonkey to hover/zoom/batch view the preview), there are some other similar add-ons can do this). You can view the images by hover on the link.

Windows theme
SecureUxTheme can help you install Windows themes without modifying the system files. So it's better than UltraUXThemePatcher.
SetUp(200K) + ThemeTool(195K)   USB  Windows 10
Tips: Run the setup to install it. Then use ThemeTool to apply your themes.

Recommend to use niivu's theme, best Windows 10 theme designer.
Dracula for Windows 10 and Paranoid Android Windows 10 Themes by niivu.

And if you are a Windows Theme fan, there are some other cool tools. eg. 7TSP GUI can help you install icon pack (best one Lumicons) on Windows.

Don't worry, there is a test mode and it can automatically back up the reg file.

BTW, h2testw is a well known tool to detect fake USB.    409K(single file)   USB   2008   Windows 10
Tips: you'd better format the USB before test it. It's slow(large capacity drives not recommend) and it doesn't support some modern USB sticks since the last update is over 10 years ago.


NSSM Run application as a service. Open source.    360K(single file)   USB   Windows 10
100% safe because ExpressVPN use it to run as a service.
How to (run CMD)...
1. Install: nssm64 install               then it will come with UI options.
2. Uninstall: nssm64 remove servicename

Their is anther similar trailware called AlwaysUp,   USB-  windows 10
It's better than NSSM, added export/import options... use-friendly interface (no need to remember those commands) and it is still in development.
Available app and guide
I use AlwaysUp with Dropbox and Doogle Drive, Aria2 (with webui-aria2) and also a %TEMP% cleanup bat file. It works like a charm.
Tips: It seems Microsoft has remove the auto login option on the User Accounts from Windows 10 2004.

You can use AlwaysUp -- Tools -- Autologon... to make it happen again.

Unlike any other forums, DonationCoder can access to any topics, attachments, applications here with no limitation. Sometimes a thanks or thumbs up is necessary.

An aside: It would be nice if posts had a +1, thumbs up, or "like" feature, so that people who appreciate what others share but don't have anything to add to the conversation could signal their approval/appreciation.

This feature should be added. It can also catch some other user's eyes if they see a "+1" on a reply, or you can quickly find the best solution for the question.

Glad to hear that 

I think this feature would help you a lot sometimes.
eg. it's useful if you are a blogger, CPDA... when comparing different contents... Thus we don't have to switch between different windows.
Take a look at rapture android version tutorial on Youtube.

Note:
Besides no caption, on top, dragable. Don't forget opacity(50%), temporarily hide, zoom in/out,
And maybe simple annotation, add to group(by dragging them together)...

Add a new button: Grab and Stick (or Paste?)

It grabs selected region then sets it always on top using a simple photo viewer(I guess so).

Cons: The title bar on the screenshot is meaningless and ugly, remove it.
And don't forget... Move it around with mouse dragging on the screenshots.

Rapture A small useful tool from JP.
Grab selected region and stick it in the foreground. Take a look at the tutorial video on Google Play. (It may not available in your country. Japan only)

The Windows version doesn't support English, and I don't think you need an individual application to do this. Actually there are some screenshot applications have this feature. Maybe mouser should add it to Screenshot Captor ----- grab several selected regions and stick them in the foreground.

Tips: You can scroll mouse on the launcher bar to switch between pages.

The official version is Japanese only, I have translated it (90%+) into English. I don't speak Japanese, but I have almost tried/tested all the options (it took me several hours  ). So the translation quality should be fine. I don't know whether I can put it here... if so, I would like to share it.

If you uncheck this option. Then when you click on the title bar of a actived window, the launcher bar will be hidden. Namely...
The launcher bar will display on top on the actived window. Same for the desktop.
