Find And Run Robot / Re: Will indexing be implemented?
« on: February 23, 2020, 02:00 PM »
+1 lack of indexing prevents me from being able to use FARR as I need to keep drives that should stay a sleep 90+% of the time in the list, but I only need to find results from them a couple times a week.

Without indexing FARR needlessly wakes up my sleeping drives with every search.

Thinking about it after reading this thread I may have been my own bad luck setter depending on how the algorithm really works.
I had assumed what it would do is more of a lottery so a person would be picked at random and than it would go down the list of their software picks to give them their "most happy pick" based on what software was left. Now that I really think about what "Maximized" happiness really means I realize my odds of winning anything were extremely low since I only had one thing at 100% as I had carefully scaled only a single item for each % chance.

I now think that the way it probably worked is that it lumped the highest happiness together and than pulled a random person out of each of the highest pools. So given that there was likely many people with 100% for every single item really that means I probably only had once chance of actually winning something and than simply ignored for all the rest of the drawings. XP

Well it tries to maximize overall happiness... About 200 people won nothing, so they share maximum unhappiness presumably..

Indeed I was one of those 200.  :(
But at least I know it was a well throughout program and not lottery fixing which makes me a little less than maximum unhappy. XD

Try changing the theme on the main option tab.

Already did that' fixed the white text but nothing changes the menu color.

How do I change the menu to match the lunch bar, I am unable to find any menu color settings.

LaunchBar Commander / Re: White text gets white shadows?

That worked, though now how do I change the popup menu colors?
I can change the menu font to white but I can't seem to change the menus themselves to black.

LaunchBar Commander / White text gets white shadows?
« on: January 12, 2017, 10:51 PM »
I'd really like to change the color of the bar to black or a really dark gray but all the bar font when turned to white or another light color has a white shadow that makes it super hard to read.

Announce Your Software/Service/Product / Re: WildGem 1.1
« on: September 28, 2015, 10:44 PM »
Just wanted to say thanks for this program it's the best tool I've ever found for learning Regex.
Anytime I can't remember something I can lunch Wildgem and figure out the answer in a fraction of the time it takes me to look over a normal cheat sheet.

LaunchBar Commander / Prevent accidental close
« on: September 28, 2015, 10:18 PM »
I use alt+f4 to close stuff a lot, and some times when closing a series of open windows a lunch bar will steel focus and be closed.

Is there anyway to make the lunch bars either not respond to Alt+f4 or prevent it from ever having focus unless the mouse is over it?

LaunchBar Commander / Feature request - docking Alignment
« on: August 04, 2015, 09:22 PM »
When docked with the option "Do not stretch to full size" there is no way to set alignment, so it is always just in the center which is pretty unhandy for a lot of tasks.

The other thing I'd like to request is more than one dock in one place when alined.

That way you could have a dock aligned and set not to stretch to the right, and another one set to the left or top/bottom...etc

Thank you.
