Screenshot Captor / Conflict ?

Hi,
During the installation of the last update of K-Lite Codec Pack (file : klcp_update_1153_20151014.exe), I was asked to close Screenshot Captor because it used a file to be updated.
Since it's the first time that this occurs, I just inform me if this seems normal.
