Do you have any error message to show? Because with no errors/pictures, I can only guess.
I'm searching the wilder forum and someone had a similar problem. He changed the copy function and the problem's solved.

I found fastmail.fm to be usable for situations like this.
Anyone has any experience with FastMail free service?
Will you get spam for no reason eg. hotmail/yahoo?

You can download the tweak guide for XP at this site:

Page 117 will teach you to add "Copy To" & "Move To" to context menu.
PS: The guide doesn't allow me to copy text & I can't upload the pic here. Afraid you have to download the pdf file.
