The software in use in my library (600 plus and counting--unless my husband has his way!) is BookCat.  Definitely NOT free, but I think it's worth it. Endless custom fields.  I have a lot of anthologies, so my favourite feature is the ablility to seach contents.  I admit, I haven't tried many other programs but I'm happy with BookCat so I haven't felt the need to.  Anyone else a user?

oooooo....a shot glass!  I'd absolutely buy one!!

Such a wonderfully simple program   :)  but I must be doing something wrong.   :(  What I need is for the close button to be disabled when I open the program, but I can't seem to get it to do that.  It will disable once open (yea!!), I add it as a rule, but next time I open it it is enabled.  Poopie.  Suggestions?
