...Nice!

One more thing I forgot to mention: The average should be calculated based on a longer timeframe. At the moment the process Avg. display is quite "shaky", ie. the average changes every second for most processes. I think it should be Ok to calculate the average on a 5-10 seconds basis, or you may even opt to make configurable.....

Thanks again!

ProcessTamer / Remember sorting

Hi,

would it be possible to remember the sorting in the "processes" tab? I always sort it by "CPU Avg." with the highest value on top, so that I can see the resource hogs immediately. Unfortunately, the next time I enter the GUI it's unsorted again.

Thanks!!

Find And Run Robot / Re: Search MP3
« on: April 20, 2006, 02:30 PM »
Ok, thanks for the quick reply. I'll look forward to the new version then.

Usually I'm using Winamp's media library to look for mp3's, especially if I remember only parts of the title. But even though Winamp has indexed all songs, I have the impression that your program is faster when looking for the right song!

Find And Run Robot / Search MP3
« on: April 20, 2006, 02:14 PM »
Hi,

I'm just test driving Find and run robot and I like what I see so far  :-)

Just one question:

What can I do to limit the search to my Mp3 folders I have added to the search folders tab? Do I have to enter something in the "Groups" tab?

Thanks

...of course that doesn't look nice! Then you have to decide between the looks and functionality.  As far as the latter is concerned MuchFX is unbeaten, since it allows activation/deactivation with a mouseclick AND it allows to have the signal processed by multiple DSP plugins....

Yes, that's it. I have stacked the MuchFX window on top of my winamp player (I'm using classic skin). Btw, if you doubleclick the titlebar the MuchFX window is rolled up and takes up much less space! (Edit: Thta's probably what you meant with minimizing)

Do a search on Google  for MuchFX. It's a great Plugin for Winamp which even allows for stacking of DSP plugins. I've been using it for a long time without problems...
